About the Company:
A recently established company based in Khartoum working in the field of filling, packing and distributing of printing cartridge ink to local markets.

Accountant
Title of Job: Accountant
Location of Job: Khartoum

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting (Bachelor or 2 years Diploma).
Graduation year 2005 - 2011.
Good command of English Language.
Good command of MS-Office package.
Driving license is an advantage.


Secretary
Title of Job: Secretary
Location of Job: Khartoum

Duties & Responsibilities:
prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
implement and maintain office systems.
maintain schedules and calendars.
arrange and confirm appointments.
organize internal and external events.
handle incoming mail and other material.
set up and maintain filing systems.
set up work procedures.
collate information.
maintain databases.
communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
liaison with internal and external contacts.
coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
operate office equipment.
manage office space.

Requirements and Qualifications:
University degree in secretarial Science, Management or any related field (Bachelor or 2 years Diploma).
Graduation year 2005 - 2011.
Good command of English Language.
Good command of MS-Office package.
Driving license is an advantage.
