Conflict Management and Dealing with Difficult People
 -  Dealing with Change/Fear: why changes and what are their effects on team work and performance, adopting/rejecting change
 -  Dealing with Difficult People: why people don’t do what they supposed to do and how to improve our relationship with difficult staff
 -  Effective steps to conflict mitigation: step-to-step approach
 -  Communication in conflict solving

 - Delegation of duties (when, to whom, and why) top down/bottom up responsibilities and delegation techniques

 - Motivation systems (motivation pyramid, carrot approach) and their adaptation in team work
 - Motivation working environment
 - Appraisals based on tasks and responsibilities
 - Successful motivation techniques and ideas

Module 5 
Negotiation for Result
 - Negotiation styles and their results in the negotiation process
 - How to improve your negotiation style
 - What are the does and don’t in negotiation
 - When to stop or leave negotiation table?
 - Step-to-step approach in negotiation and their results
