1- Database Administrator
Main Duties
- Develop a methodology for the ongoing assessment of database performance and the identification of problem areas- Develop a security scheme for the database environment- Develop a disaster recovery strategy as it relates to company databases
Qualification & Experience
- BSc. Information technology or any related filed.- 0-2 years of experience in data management and data processing flowcharting techniques
2- Business Analyst
Main Duties
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed and- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources- Develop Requirements specifications according to standard templates- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
Qualification & Experience
- BSc. Information Technology or any related filed- 0-2 years of experience in related field
3- Applications Programmer
Main Duties
- Writing secure, reusable and easily maintainable code- Communicate effectively with management, colleagues and partners- Assist in such day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the ERP platform- Develop scripts for data merging and migration, and assist in the development of ERP interfaces to internal and external systems
Qualification & Experience
- BSc. information or any related filed- 0-2 year’s experience in developing web-based applications, Net or Java
4- Web Administrator
Main Duties
- Responsible for the monitoring of the Company website- Reviewing and revising of all subjects and materials before being published to the public- Evaluate the performance/Security of the web active site and make report thereafter- Develop/enhance web site as per user’s requests
Qualification & Experience
- BSc. Information technology or any related filed- 2 years of experience in internet application
5- CCTV/AC Technician
Main Duties
- Install and maintain surveillance and access control systems and equipment’s- answer staff questions in person and via phone or e-mail on all it dept. supported services, - troubleshoot telecom problems and assist in troubleshooting network & computer problems- work one-on-one with staff on incident resolution & service request
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma telecom/electronics or any related field- At least one year experience on surveillance, access control systems, support and service desk and IT technical support filed
6- Radio/Wireless Technician
Main Duties
- Install and maintain surveillance and access control systems and equipment’s- Answer staff questions in person and via phone or e-mail on all it dept. supported services- Troubleshoot telecom problems and assist in troubleshooting network & computer problems- Work one-on-one with staff on incident resolution & service request
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma telecom/electronics or any related field background
- At least one year experience on VHF network support and service desk and it technical support filed
General requirements
1- Completion of National service2- Good knowledge of both Arabic and English language (Speaking and Writing)3- Proven record of experience in Information Technology field.
4- Ability to work under pressure, team work, results driven, commitment and dedication5- Ability to work in remote locations
