Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:

1- Follow the field operation teams to make sure they recover the problem within target time.

2- Prepare all the necessary service parts list, tools and equipments for recovery & troubleshooting;

3- Coordinate between support level engineers including customer side.

4- Feedback troubleshooting result in an accurate manner.

5- Follow Scope of Work and plans with field operation team

6- Prepare weekly progress reports and show internally and to customer

7- Direct communication with subcontractors and customer to maintain the network within SLA

8- Conduct field survey and check when needed.

 
Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):

• Telecommunication Engineer with 3 - 4 Years of Experience

• Strong knowledge of network elements.

• Familiar with on-site O&M procedures.

• Have experience in fiber optics, OSP experience is a plus.

• Have experience about how to manage the power problems.
