Accountant
Job Purpose:
Provides
financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting
data; preparing reports.
Accountant
Job Duties:
- Prepares
asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
information.
- Documents
financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends
financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes
current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet,
profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates
financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains
accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles
financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures
financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains
financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares
payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Answers
accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy
and regulations.
- Complies with
local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation,
enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed
actions.
- Prepares
special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information and trends.
- Maintains
customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information
confidential.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor

2 - Office Manager
Purpose:
To provide full
support to Management and ensure smooth and efficient running of the office and
admin operations.
Duties:
- Organizing
for management meetings, including booking, venue & ensuring all
participants are aware of timing.
- Follow-up
outstanding responses to requests from the office to other sections &
ensuring adherence to the agreed deadlines.
- Take
responsibility & initiative to identify and deal with problems and issues
that arise to ensure smooth running of the Office
- Observe and
apply strict levels of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to
work performance
- Maintain an
updated records/files
Skills:
- Proficient in
all MS Office desktop applications particularly Power Point, Excel, & MS
Projects
- Proficiency
in English & Arabic,
- Knowledge of
protocol, cultural sensitivity and business
- Demonstrate a
high standard of office organization and control

Qualifications:
- Diploma in
Business Studies (Secretarial)or any related files
- 2 Years in

3 - Sales and Marketing Specialist
Purpose:
To provide
efficient sales and marketing service.
Duties:
- Has the
ability to develop and maintain added value relationship with the key account
customers.
- Handling
sales phone calls and e-mails.
- Communicating
with clients prior to their reservation and recording all correspondence.
- Compiling
client Information Packs.
- Assisting
with the copy writing of marketing materials
- Developing
and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales of our premises.
- Utilizing
social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand
awareness.
- Assisting
with promotional events.
- Attending and
presenting at trade shows and groups trips.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate
and manage the business operational activities.
- Monitor,
control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company
goals.
- Liaise
between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Coordinate
and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and
timelines.
- Ensure
compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Build and
maintain strong customer
- Evaluate
current operational performance and provide plans for improvements.
- Provide
direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Identify
problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely
manner
- Maintain
clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
